Worse experience and Attorney’s Firm ever. Please DO NOT waste your time, money nor energy here. They will not take care of your case and will charge an outrageous amount. I paid $8,000 for an asylum case which included submitting application, work permit and representation in the court. They ONLY... mailed out the application and requested a work permit (not even de SSN) 4 years ago. The $8,000 were paid off years ago, and now that my case was administratively closed (no representation happened) they REFUSED to provide an invoice up to date to justify the $8,000. No lawyer worked on my case, no evidence was collected. They just MAILED OUT forms I-589 and I-765. Respectfully, I’ve requested to end the contract and get the remaining balance. But they refused. I was lately placed on a different process related to my asylum case, when I called them they tried to sell me another contract for $5,000 and REFUSED to represent me for the $8,000 I already PAID. Please DO NOT waste your money here. La peor experiencia y el peor bufete de abogados de la historia. Por favor, NO desperdicien su tiempo, dinero ni energía aquí. No se ocuparán de su caso y les cobrarán una suma exorbitante. Pagué $8,000 por un caso de asilo que incluía la presentación de la solicitud, el permiso de trabajo y la representación ante el tribunal. Lo ÚNICO que hicieron fue enviar por correo la solicitud y pedir un permiso de trabajo (ni siquiera el número de Seguro Social) hace 4 años. Los $8,000 se pagaron en su totalidad hace años, y ahora que mi caso fue cerrado administrativamente (sin que hubiera representación alguna), se NEGARON a proporcionar una factura actualizada que justificara los $8,000. Ningún abogado trabajó en mi caso; no se recopiló ninguna prueba. Simplemente ENVIARON POR CORREO los formularios I-589 e I-765. Respetuosamente, solicité dar por terminado el contrato y recuperar el saldo restante, pero se negaron. Recientemente fui incluido en un proceso diferente relacionado con mi caso de asilo; cuando los llamé, intentaron venderme otro contrato por $5,000 y se NEGARON a representarme por los $8,000 que ya había PAGADO. Por favor, NO desperdicien su dinero aquí.
