A Superb Lawyer and a Superb Advocate

Lawyering is an art form. It is as much about changing people's lives for the better as it is about availing wins in the courtroom. Having known David both as a lawyer and a person for many years now, I can unabatedly attest to his abilities in both being an advocate and a friend. He is a lawyer's la...wyer - one of the few gentleman lawyers left standing. There are hundreds of lawyers. Few have attained his level of skill and acumen as a Counselor at Law.

Definitely would use him again!

I have used Mr. Dischley about 3 times now (2 for reckless driving) and each time he has been extremely helpful in keeping my nerves down and telling me what to do before court for the best presentation of myself to the judge, and helpful advice after as well. He has helped me retain my license in bo...th occurrences which was extremely helpful as my job depends on it. Thanks to him, I wasn't nearly as nervous before court than I would have been if I didn't hire him. He is extremely well priced and definitely worth every penny! Great guy and great personality as well, he doesn't talk to you in any degrading matter whatsoever which is huge for me, he is always trying to help you!

Reckless driving

I recently got pulled over for speeding. I wasn’t in a hurry I just wasn’t paying attention. The speed limit dropped from 55 to 45 I was was going 62 so automatically was reckless driving I haven’t had a traffic violation in 15 years. After mentioning the ticket to a friend of mine who recently had ...a reckless driving ticket he told me to get an attorney especially since I have commercial insurance they might drop me. I know David personally and his reputation is impeccable. After one quick call he took care of everything . Ultimately getting it dropped with an online class . His whole team is awesome they kept me informed and got it all worked out. I can’t thank you guys enough.

Mr. Dischley is not only the top notch lawyer but also a kind heart and Pragmatic person. He knows the situation in a moment and made me feel easy when I was super worried with BAC 0.17. I am very impressed of his experience and knowledge for handling the case.Not only resulting the least amount of f...ine and not prison sentence , but also I am allowed to travel aboard and being with my father in his critical health stage now a days even though I was in probation.
