Very satisifed with this law practice.

Very pleased with the representation I received from David Dischley in my case. He worked above and beyond what I would have expected in my case. David Dischley is a very down to earth man, easy to talk to and he made me feel very comfortable when I felt very nervous A+ - I highly recommend.

The man with a plan! Very professional and knowledgeable!

I take my ethics and profession very seriously, and I hold my self accountable for mistakes I make. After googling for a lawyer, I found the Dishley law firm and was attractive by his military service as well as knowledge within the first responder community. David called me within hours of me conta...cting his firm, and was respectful, attentive, and straight-forward with his ability to assist me. Needless to say, after him representing, a common mistake which could have potentially hurt my career, ended up being a regular traffic violation. David is a USMC veteran and is knowledgeable in my field. His rapport with his colleagues, judges, and prosecutors is a proven representation on why he is the lawyer for you! David and his staff ( the firm) were respectful, punctual, prepared, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all, THEY WILL FIGHT FOR YOU! You can put your faith and trust in the Dischley law firm to represent you. They have resources and partnerships with improvement programs to ensure not only you rectify your mistakes, but you learn from your wrongs and improve on minimizing the repetition of those mistakes. No one is better

My friend had referred David Dischley to me when I had gotten a reckless driving and DWI blowing 0.14. I called David Dischley and he was quick to answer and explain all possible outcomes. Great lawyer, reasonable price!

I hired David for a possession of marijuana case. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for multiple reasons. First, he is a lawyer you can actually get ahold of. I have had multiple times I had to go to court, and I can say for a fact that most lawyers are hard to reach. Once they have your money, it seems a...s if the only way to reach them is by email, and a timely response is rare. With David, I could get a hold of him easily. Not only was he good about responding to text messages and emails, but he went above and beyond. When I first hired him, I was scared and nervous. This was my first time I was in legal trouble. I called him on a Friday night to ask him questions about my case, and even though he was at dinner with his wife he answered! I can tell you that no other lawyer will ever do this. Second, David was great because he was very accommodating. I needed to get my court date pushed back, and he got it done with no problems. When I hired a different lawyer (for an underage drinking case) and needed a change in court date, the lawyer was rude and condescending. Third, David is very personable. He is friendly and polite. This may seem like a trait that all lawyers should have, but the truth is some are rude (especially after they have your money). Fourth, David got me the best possible outcome. Even though I practically admitted my guilt to the officer who arrested me, David talked to the prosecutor and GOT ALL OF MY CHARGES DROPPED! This is huge, because I was then able to get my charges expunged and they are no longer on my record. Fifth, David helped me even after I had hired him. I decided to do the expungement process by myself, and he answered any questions that I had about it (in a very timely manner). With his help, I was able to successfully expunge my case by myself. Sixth, David offers his services at a very reasonable price! Other lawyers of his caliber (meaning other lawyers that are as experienced and respected as him) charged me almost up to double of what David did. If you are looking for a compassionate, caring lawyer who will get you a favorable outcome for a reasonable price, look no further. I hope to never have more court troubles, but if I do, I definitely will hire David.
