Best lawyer! Highly recommend!

I was charged with Reckless Driving and Speeding 95/40 on GW Parkway. The prosecutor wanted to put me in jail for 2 days and a large fine. I was very anxious, I talked to 7 different attorneys, but David was the only one didn't try to scary me, instead, he patiently explained all possible outcomes, a...nd told me exactly what I should do to mitigate the sentence. He always got back to me immediately with every questions I asked him. He was phenomenal at court, and has achieved the best possible result for me. My reckless driving charge was dropped, I walked out with only a $400 speeding ticket, no jail, no probation, no license suspension.

Representing a Special Agent

I must start off by saying that Attorney David Dischley lived up to everything that another Attorney told me about him the night that I was looking for representation for my son. My son is a federal agent that was charged and arrested with a misdemeanor, providing alcohol to minor under the age of 2...1. From that night on, David was the most engaged and understanding attorney that I have worked with in many years. It must have been his Marine experience. Once he heard the facts of the case, David immediately reassured us that he would do all he could to get this matter dismissed and expunged from my son's record. David is a man of his word, because that is exactly what he was able to do to successfully resolve this case. I can’t begin to tell you how much our family appreciates David and the level of expertise that he exhibited and the guidance and information that he provided to us in this trying situation. Highly Recommend David Dischley!

I hired David to represent me in my reckless driving case. I was doing a 67 in a 25. I had never faced any kind of criminal charges in my life. I was just looking to stay out of jail. David wanted more for me than I wanted for myself. The prosecutor wanted jail time but David got it dropped to a spee...ding ticket. He was very personable. He got back to me immediately with everything i needed to be prepared for court and with any questions I had (I had a lot). So grateful david was referred to me during this time!

Truly Impeccable and the Best of the Best

A little background of me- I was enlisted in the Marines then got out of active duty. After getting out, I was unfortunately pulled over and processed for a DUI case. I was fortunate to have a friend recommend me to Mr. Dischley. Once I called Mr. Dischley, it was honestly the best feeling ever.
