I would rate him 10 stars if i could

I got pulled over for speeding 72/42 then got charged with felony intent to distribute mj in fairfax. I called 3 lawyers before i spoke with Mr. Dischley and 2/3 were so rude and tried to scare me into hiring them. Right when I spoke with David he was genuine, respectful and chill lawyer out of them ...all. He told me this twice " I just treat people the way I want to be treated " and he definitely lives up to that. His rates are also very affordable. Just 5 mins into our phone call he eased my nerves right away and I knew i didn't want to go to court without him by my side. He never promised me anything but he said he's going to try his best to get the best outcome possible. He always explained everything to me very clearly and answered any questions or concern i had. He was also friends with my prosecutor so that definetly helps. Long story short he got me exactly what I wanted, Nolle psrosequi'd (dismissed!!) I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me and hope I don't have to use his service again! I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a amazing lawyer!

Giving to the Community

Mr. Dischley came out to a local homeschool group and provided a wealth of information to all students there. He did this free of charge and spent a considerable amount of time with them. It was reassuring to have a lawyer give back to their community. He was thrilled about the opportunity and ens...ured all of the kids had ample amount of time to have their questions answered. Should the need ever arise, I will definitely use him as a lawyer.

Phenomenal Lawyer

David Dischley did an amazing job for me. I got hit with a reckless driving charge and had no clue what I should do with it. He came highly recommended from a colleague. He contacted me same day as my inquiry and spent about 40 minutes on the phone discussing the case and my options before I even agr...eed to hire him. He got the reckless misdemeanor charge reduced to a simple speeding ticket. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody in the area. Honest, upfront and very personable.

Appealed Case- Saved me

I got charged with a 90/55 on I-95 in February of 2017. I went ahead and did all of the requirements my previous lawyer suggested. The judge hammered me with a misdemeanor, fine, and a suspension of license. This was terrible, especially for a young university student. I had an absolute clean record ...as well. She did drop my speed from 90 to 86 which is a huge difference in severity when it comes to reckless cases. I decided to appeal. This was my last shot. Desperate, I did a lot more research for a lawyer and I found David Dischley. Immediately, he assured me that everything will be OK and there is a good possibility to get a result in our favor. I must add his rate is extremely fair especially when comparing it to most lawyers in the area. The choice was obvious. Come court date, the first thing he said to me was "your case is dismissed." Never more had I been so relieved. I had this dark cloud over my head for about 8 months and the worrying dissipated. He negotiated with the officer and prosecutor and convinced them that I did everything to show that I was genuinely sorry for the bad call of judgement that night. Amazing guy and amazing lawyer. Do not hesitate to let this man defend you. Thank you David Dischley, you saved me.

Reckless Driving

Mr. Dischley helped reduce my reckless charge from a 75/45 to 64/45 which is a regular speeding ticket. He managed to stay in touch with me the whole time before court in order to make sure everything was going as planned. He was very professional in court and he has a lot of knowledge about the Arli...ngton Area. I would recommend Mr. Dischley to anyone who is looking for a lawyer for a traffic ticket.
