Case Assessment

David was very honest and helpful in providing advice and guidance about an old case I had. I wish I met him when him when I had my case. I strongly recommend him for anyone seeking a lawyer.

DUI to Reckless - Dave Killed it!

When I got arrested for a .15-.2 DUI I knew I needed a well-recommended lawyer familiar with the Arlington court systems. I found Dave on Avvo and picked him over 3 other attorneys after having an initial conversation with him that made me more comfortable with him than his peers. Throughout the 5-...6 month long process, he always provided me with info I needed with quick turnaround, did a great job setting expectations, and was responsive and considerate to my requests for information and guidance. We ended up achieving an unprecedented outcome on my case that couldn't have happened without Dave's skills and connections. Hopefully he'll never hear from me again, but I could certainly call him again if I got into more trouble! Highly recommended.

Professional and Effective

After a lapse in attention on the highway, I found myself with an appointment in traffic court. From initial contact over a weekend to court resolution a couple months later, David kept me informed, provided advise on actions I needed to take and made my case to the prosecutor before presentation to... the judge. As a result, I received a favorable decision from the judge. I am grateful for David's effective advocacy on my behalf.

Great Lawyer & Person

I went to David with a felony and two misdemeanor charges. At first the prosecutor offered no deal, after David spoke with the prosecutor he was able to get the felony dropped and 30 days in jail. I rejected the deal and David went back again. This time, the felony was dropped and I chose to plead gu...ilty to one misdemeanor to end the ordeal with a suspended jail sentence. I have confidence David would of won the entire case at trial. David went far beyond his job description in defending me as his client. After the court proceeding he told me to wait for him on another floor. A police officer approached me and asked why I was waiting, I told him my lawyer had instructed me to do so. The police officer looked baffled because all I was responsible for was paying court fees, but David wanted to be with me for every step in the legal process - even something as small as this. He is very knowledgeable with the law and he goes far beyond what is asked of his job position. He has tremendous leadership and confidence. I would never use a different lawyer besides David in whatever state he is able to represent within.

Highly recommended

David's experience and knowledge are invaluable and his calm demeaner made me feel more at ease on my court day. Excellent communication and honesty throughout the entire process.
