A Truly Exceptional Attorney

Finding myself in the position of the defendant in a criminal case was among the more stressful situations I have had to deal with. There are so many unknowns and so much is at stake. This is obviously why it is so important to choose the right attorney, and with so many highly rated attorneys to cho...ose from it only adds to the difficulty and stress. I had researched and contacted several of these top rated attorneys. They all seemed to be competent at what they do, but the only one who really stood out from the crowd to me was David Dischley. As opposed to the other attorneys that I had reached out to, Mr. Dischley struck me as not only having the knowledge, experience, and drive I was seeking but he was also down to earth, easy to communicate with, and did not hesitate to commit to my case. Throughout the entire process it was clear that he took a genuine interest in my defense. He put the time and effort into combing through every detail of my case, and was prepared for virtually every possible angle the prosecution might have tried to use against me. He made sure to keep me up to date with any new information, and provided me with professional advice when I needed it. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly he responded to every inquiry that I had made. His answers were thorough and well thought out. He never tried to evade or dance around a question. Furthermore, he ensured that I fully understood everything that we discussed. There were no miscommunications. My primary concern when choosing an attorney was to find someone who was able and willing to provide me with a premium service. Needless to say I was expecting to pay quite a premium price. With that being said, I was pleased to discover how reasonable he was with his fees. David Dischley proved himself to be a very professional and proficient defense attorney. I am completely satisfied with his services and the outcome of my case. He lived up to my expectations in every way. Not only would I recommend his services to others, but I if I ever find myself in another unfortunate situation in need of a criminal defense attorney I will be seeking his counsel again myself.

Satisfied!!

Mr. Dischley handled a traffic case for me in Fauquier county and I am very happy with the results as I got exactly what I wanted... No points at all! From the moment I spoke to him, he was very confident, knowledgable, and responsive. He went above and beyond to meet me and discuss about the case. I... couldn't be any happier! A highly experienced and dedicated attorney

Mr. David Dischley is an exceptionally superb lawyer. He was extremely focused on our case and went above and beyond to take care of it. He knows the court system and the processes. He sticks to facts and is extremely dedicated and hard-working. He is very kind, easy-going, and a considerate per...son. We found him very inspiring and he is a role model for society. We were truly honored to be represented by him. I will highly recommend Mr. David Dischley.

Reckless Driving Case

I was pulled over in VA while going 88 mph in a 65 mph zone. I was charged with the absurd charge of reckless driving. I was extremely confused as I am a New Yorker and speeding is a regular normal part of my driving. David helped me navigate through the process and produced the most desired outcome ...possible; case dismissed. He was also extremely polite and constantly available to address my numerous concerns.

Above and Beyond!

If you are looking at this website for a good lawyer I think David's credentials speak for them-self. If that is not enough to convince you that he is on his game, then just read the endless reviews he has received. I contacted David when my friend and I were faced with a very difficult situatio...n that involved 3 pending charges (misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor refusal to blow, and FELONY hit and run). Like you, I used this website to find a list of 8 or so different "top ten" lawyers to contact and talk about my situation. After contacting 3 of the 8 lawyers and getting the same response from each of them (which was: "your situation is to difficult and confusing for me to handle"), I finally called David. Right off the bat David went above and beyond what any typical lawyer would offer you in terms of service (especially considering the fact that I had not retained him yet). Prior to even discussing cost, David gave me an in depth run down as to what the outcomes of my situation could be. He also gave me his advice as to how to handle the situation moving forward (he even mentioned that I needed to find a lawyer that I am comfortable with, not pressuring me to retain him in any way what so ever). Upon retaining him as my lawyer he immediately got to work by dissecting the evidence and trying to find any possible holes in the prosecutions case. Over the three month lapse between the time of the incident and the court date, David was constantly available (nights, weekends, and even on the night of his birthday). He was available via email, phone, and text. Anytime I had a question he would respond within a few hours (unheard of with most lawyers). Being a former prosecutor himself, David not only has the experience, but more importantly, he has developed relationships with all of the prosecutors and judges in Arlington County. This goes a very long way when it comes to negotiating plea deals. Long story short, on the day of court David was able to get 2 out of the 3 charges dropped COMPLETELY. Ended up being charged with the DUI and received 10 days in jail with 1 yr probation and a restricted license (NOT SUSPENDED). This outcome was far beyond what we were hoping for. At a minimum we were anticipating 30 days in jail, suspended license, several years of probation, and at best a felony hit and run being dropped to a misdemeanor. Needless to say, David knocked this one out of the park. If you are looking for the BEST lawyer in Arlington... look no further my friend.
