Reckless driving Case

I will definitely recommend Mr David Dischley to others. He was very patient in answering all the questions and explaining the problem and the solution, both. As his client, i am very satisfied with his hard work and dedication he puts in to the case. He helped in avoiding the jail term for me and th...at's what I wanted for my case. He discusses the steps he would take in the court room before the session starts and he is very polite gentleman. If required, I will definitely hire him again

Amazing Lawyer

I got a ticket for making a turn out of a one way street, after talking to a few lawyers I was unhappy because they all sounded like Robots and then I found David Dischleys phone online and called him he was very nice and explained everything to me on the phone. Today was the Court date and I was... beyond happy to find out that he not only kept his promises put exceeded and I got away with zero points. I hope that I will not need a Lawyer ever again but if I did there is only one lawyer that I will call and that is David Joseph Dischley.

David Dischley got a great result for a reckless driving charge

David Dischley gave clear instructions for the documentation he needed to help me, gave great advice on how to mitigate & defend against a speeding charge, provded detailed, accurate information about consequences of conviction re driving record, insurance, and security clearances, and correctly asse...ssed the likelihood of a reduced charge, and prepared me for court. He knows the Federal and County court systems and processes.

Would hire again

I would absolutely recommend Mr. Dischley without reservation. He was very kind, patient and thorough. He spent time explaining all of the options open to us and was always available when we had questions or concerns. He was willing to meet us to discuss the case before court and helped us sec...ure a reduced charge . I would hire him again if ever needed.

An Awesome lawyer

David represented me in court for a DWI and was able to obtain an excellent outcome. He is hard working, returns calls and emails immediately and is excellent at explaining possible results and options.
