Years ago, when I was in my early 20's, my work manager committed unmentionable acts toward me in the workplace. Needless to say, I was scared, felt violated, and had no idea what to do about the horrific situation. Thankfully, I was introduced to Mr. Ference whom instantly set at me at ease. He wa...s so easy to talk to, while he maintained an incredible sense of professionalism. Mr. Ference handled this very personal and difficult event in a way that I was able to go on with my life, knowing that the culprit would pay for the damage that he did to me. And, that is exactly what happened. Mr. Ference won me an extremely fair settlement (more than I had ever expected) and built in a clause that I would continue to receive monthly payments for, pretty much ever. I believe that Mr. Ference provided me a settlement that made me feel better about the awful situation, but also made me feel confident that the culprit would hopefully learn his lesson and be detoured from ever committing the crime again. This all happened nearly a decade ago, and am happy to say that Mr. Ference and I continue to stay in touch in a very friendly, yet professional manner. In fact, I have come to him several times over the years for further legal advice and would come back to him in a heartbeat should I need legal council.
