Stay away from this lawyer. I was contracted with her for do my immigration case. She was not helpful and always disappear. She will tell you wrong information to move things forward then refuse to admit she was misleading. I finally got her fired and changed to another qualified lawyer who told me a...ll the information Tina filled in is very unprofessional. Any experienced immigration lawyer would not fill anything like that. Plus she has no ability or skills in technology, I need to do all the online filing and posing for her as a client. Last but not least, she did not perform all the tasks in the contract yet(only 1 step is done), and she is claiming that we already spent all the retainer and refused to refund any money. In all, do not sign a contract with her, she is an extremely unqualified and lazy lawyer. She would spend 1h to argue with me in a 3 page long email rather than do her part right at first. I don't do reviews very often, but for her I need to cause I don't want anyone be trapped with her again.
