Theresa Taing

Theresa Taing has been practicing law since 2011. She specializes in administrative hearings, administrative appeals, and negotiating with agencies, especially related to employment matters. She is currently licensed to practice in California, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.

After passing the California bar exam, she interned with an administrative law judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  She went on to work with medical professionals facing disciplinary actions from California licensing boards, insurance companies, and federal agencies. Theresa earned her law degree from UCLA, where she was active in both the Moot Court and Mock Trial programs. She was awarded the Moot Court Distinguished Brief Writer in 2010. In 2011, she traveled to the University of Chicago to compete in the National Animal Law Moot Court Competition, taking third place.
