I injured my back in 2015 while working in Afghanistan. The company I was working for released me from the project and sent me home, so I decided to hire a local attorney and file a DBA claim. My case was moving slowly for the first two and a half years. And sometimes, not even moving at all. In the period of just seven months, Mr.Bloch first demanded adjustments to my claim, and then arranged mediation which led to a renewed offer of settlement and final agreement in November 2018. All I had to do was send him every new report from the doctors I was visiting during this period. I appreciate his help, determination, courage and hard work, and that he arranged mediation to resolve the matter quickly out of court.
