I scheduled a consultation with this attorney about a family matter involving a power of attorney. First, he was late. When I began explaining my situation, he interrupted to ask when I first learned about the power of attorney. When I said 2018, he immediately told me he couldn't help because of th...e statute of limitations. I tried to explain that there were later developments that bear directly on the timeline, but he kept cutting me off. He asked, in a condescending tone, whether I had really known since 2018 and done nothing. I was never allowed to finish a sentence. A consultation should give a client the chance to explain their situation before the attorney reaches a conclusion. Whether or not he could take my case, I expected basic courtesy and a full hearing. I didn't receive either. I would not recommend him to anyone who wants to be listened to and treated with respect.
