Biography
Matthew Tsun is an associate attorney at Simeone & Miller, LLP. Admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, Matthew now handles complex personal injury and commercial litigation cases throughout Virginia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University before attending the Emory University School of Law for his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Matthew was an active member of the national moot court team where he competed in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Prior to joining the legal team at Simeone & Miller, LLP, he volunteered as an attorney at Legal Services of Northern Virginia, assisting clients with family law-related matters of every nature. He now regularly conducts jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations in courts throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia.
