Extremely experienced and trusty lawyer!

I had to apply for a Green Card to be able to live together with my wife in the US. At the beginning we were really nervous. The vision of being separated was really scary to us. We knew that we need guidance and help. We’ve decided to work with Joy Allegria Haynes and her team. In the very firs...t conversation Joy diagnosed our situation, calmed us down and came up with the great plan. In next few months we were consequently working on it with guidance of Joy. There were so many details in the process and any time we had questions - Joy and her assistant Tyler were right there, always with the answer. Joy is not only extremely experienced and professional lawyer, who went to went to one of the premier law schools in the country but on top of that she is wonderful human being who understands people and families of all different backgrounds. She supported us in every stage of the process. We went to the final interview very well prepared and confident. After a short interview I got approved and received my green card. Joy Thank you for everything! We could not have done it without you and your firm.

Stop searching, you need Joy to represent you!

Haynes Novick Immigration was a godsend. During some of the most stressful months of my life in 2013, both Joy and Jim Tom's superb help and collaboration with my post-DOMA case were detrimental to my life and wellbeing. Although my case seemed rather complex to me, Haynes Novik Immigration's umb...rella of services (immigration law, criminal law, etc) was just the right type of law firm to help me with my new Green Card application. I highly recommend Joy's services due to her unrelenting dedication to her customers. There's nothing like having a conversation with someone who is capable of making you feel at peace with the fact that you can trust this person. Joy is that kind of person. Be completely honest with your attorney, and leave the rest to Haynes Novick Immigration.

The Best of the Best

Lucky the person who is able to hire a lawyer who stands out from the crowd in personality, ethics, responsiveness, intelligence, dedication, and a genuine caring for his or her client. Joy Haynes is truly one of those people. From the moment we met, she showed extraordinary care. From that day fo...rward, there was never a concern over her commitment and ability to handle our case. She was like a comfortable security blanket in the midst of a pressured set of circumstances. I recommend her without qualification. She is a gem.

An absolute must for LGBT folks adjusting status

Joy and her team were an absolute delight to work with as we navigated the process of adjusting status due to our same-sex marriage. From our intial meeting, to the moment DOMA was struck down, to the day my husband got his green card, she was our cheerleader and champion. We never felt alone and cou...ld not have asked for more support or encouragement, or better guidance in navigating the minefield of immigration. I encourage anyone in a bi-national relationship, whether LGBT or not, to contact Joy for help in the immigration process.

Fantastic Immigration Lawyer

We had the pleasure of working with Joy Haynes regarding our same-sex marriage green card application. Probably the most important and life changing paperwork we've ever prepared thanks to the Supreme Court's decision to strike down DOMA. We thought the process was going to be long, complicated and t...edious, but Joy Haynes made it all make sense. Her attention to detail and her personal and approachable professionalism gave us the confidence to feel we were filing a thorough application. And we were successful! We were approved for my British partner's green card in early October, 2013. We started the process in late July when we met Joy and less than three months later had our interview, which we were totally prepared for thanks to Joy. We would recommend Joy Haynes to any LGBT family who are dealing with immigration issues, no matter how simple or complicated the case may be. Joy is professional, compassionate and eager to help LGBT bi-national couples and we can't thank her enough for helping us file a successful marriage based green card application. Thank you, Joy!!!
