John Nahajzer

John is a Managing Shareholder at Maggio + Kattar. He focuses his practice on corporate business immigration representing clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to small and medium sized enterprises in a variety of industries, including high tech, engineering, health, finance and manufacturing. John leverages the substantial business and operational experience gained from working in both the law firm setting and as in-house corporate counsel to create sophisticated, comprehensive business immigration policies for his clients. He has expertise in all facets of the employment-based arena including routine and complex immigrant and non-immigrant matters, the immigration implications of mergers and acquisitions, corporate best practices, and I-9 and social security "no-match" letters.
