Mr. Wasserstein was my attorney for several work visa filings, and eventually my permanent residency application. A few years ago, the INS erroneously denied a work visa filed on my behalf. Because of his extensive knowledge of immigration law, we were able to identify the error and respond to the INS quickly. The INS subsequently reversed the erroneous decision.
