Dropped me a client because I wanted to be informed???
My case was one simply of paperwork filing. I was naturalized as a citizen when I was 13 and needed to file an N600 for a certificate for my work and also for my wife's status. Glen filed the paperwork, but never kept me informed as to what was going on. He told me it would take anywhere between 5...
From time to time, some clients blame us for delays at USCIS. The process can be very frustrating, and some people really want someone to yell at. The local UCSIS office handles this type of filing, and processing times at local office can vary greatly, as opposed to the Regional Service Center, which are somewhat predictable. There was jo status issues in this filing. WE filed it quickly and properly. The processing time expanded from 6 months to 10 months during this case. We found this information by making repeated inquiries at the 5-6 month point. This happens sometimes. We explained this to him. At the 9-10 month point, the client became rude, abusive and simply mean to myself and to our staff, demanding immediate results. We cannot force USCIS to finish the case, only apply pressure and make inquiries, which we did repeatedly. We made repeated inquiries throughout the process. I implored him to make an INFOPASS appointment at the local office. He refused to do so, and he refused to wait. Nothing was good enough for him, so I gave him a full refund of his fees, while his case remains filed and in process. He got a completely free filing. He was just too rude to work with.
