Federal employment law/Disabilty discrimination
I retained Mr. Passman to represent me for disability discrimination in my federal workplace. Mr. Passman was extremely thorough, honest, fair, professional and always looked out for my best interest. Mr. Passman’s billing is beyond fair as he does not nickel and dime his hourly billing. There are many times Mr. Passman either did not charge for communication, or charged a fraction of what should have been billed. Mr. Passman looked out for my best interest instead of dragging out the case to better suit his firm financially. Mr. Passman’s experience and confidence was apparent in all aspects of my case. He has an outstanding reputation in the area of employment law and his reputation preceded him when he worked with my agency to settle the case. If you want outstanding representation and someone you can trust, Mr. Passman is the best choice.

Honest, experienced & professional
I had the opportunity to seek advice from Mr. Passman and his professionalism, knowledge and honesty were beyond appreciated. Mr. Passman was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and listened to my concerns/questions without interrupting or providing hasty advice. Mr. Passman's advice allowed me to move forward with confidence and he answered all of my questions thoroughly and without reservation. I am thankful I did not have to pursue a case against my employer, however, I would not have hesitated to retain the services of Mr. Passman if needed. I would recommend Mr. Passman without hesitation to anyone seeking counsel who needs experienced, professional and honest representation.

Excellent and Efficient Attorney
I am a lawyer, and I used to defend federal agencies against employment discrimination lawsuits. When I found myself being discriminated against in my new federal agency, I took action. I interviewed several great attorneys and selected Ed Passman. He has been representing me for about a year, and I am impressed by how efficient, clear, direct he is about my case. Ed manages my expectations well, and is not reluctant to tell me how my case is different (or the same) from the many he has encountered. Ed is exceedingly fair in billing as well, and that is very important to me. He is extremely accessible, and answers my questions quickly, even late at night and on weekends. An outcome in my case may take years, but I have already recommended Ed to my colleagues and friends. I made the right choice.

Highly regarded attorney.
In the event you need the help of an employment attorney, I highly recommend you retain Ed Passman and his law firm. Ed successfully represented me on two occasions over the course of my career in the Federal Government. I'm very grateful for Ed's dedication to his profession and his clients.

Really cares!
I had Ed represent me on several employment matters. He is highly experienced in federal sector employment law. Ed truly cares about his clients and will also try to keep costs down by having experienced associates and paralegals perform work under his supervision. While nobody can guarantee how your case will turn out, I believe you will have excellent representation with Ed Passman.

Mr. Passman and his firm Passman and Kaplan have been excellent in providing legal service for my whistleblower and government discrimination complaints. He and his staff have guided me through extremely tough times during my case. Mr. Passman and his staff continue to provide case support in a professional and timely manner. I believe Mr. Passman has the extensive knowledge to successfully guide me through my legal proceedings. I have experienced that Mr. Passman and his firm have a strong belief in justice and look to achieving such justice for his clients.

Very experienced and capable
Mr. Passman is representing me for employment issues. I interviewed six (6) attorneys before I selected Mr. Passman. My employer does not play by the rules and I needed someone with a track record who could take on my employer. Mr. Passman's approach is very thoughtful. His experience is apparent. He knows the law - period. This is in stark contrast with my employer's attorney. During a face-to-face meeting with my employer's Chief Human Resource Officer and counsel, Mr. Passman pointed out harmful procedural errors and explained case law to my employer's attorney and the Chief Human Resource Officer. His guidance and counsel is "spot-on." Mr. Passman behaves with utmost integrity. Without a doubt, I selected the right attorney to defend me.

Best attorney you can hire. Don't look any further.
I have worked in Employer Labor Relations for years. I never thought I would need to hire counsel on a personnel matter impacting my own career. I hired Mr. Passman at a friend's recommendation and it was the best decision I could have made. Mr. Passman is an experienced, compassionate and tireless advocate. He understood the issues and repesented me at every step of the EEO process. Rather than go to a hearing the federal government gave me the largest settlement within our organization. These circumstances are stressful and I felt like Mr. Passman and his colleagues genuinely cared for me. They are bright, amazing writers and stayed in the office overnight during a DC snowstorm that shut down the city so as not to miss an important meeting with the other side in my case. I am truly grateful to Mr. Passman for going above and beyond what I expected every step of the way.

Legal Advice
Mr. Ed Passman successfully represented my husband several years ago in discrimination case. When I found myself in a similar situation, he provided excellent consultation and guided me in identifying a lawyer in my home state to represent me in a non-federal case. His knowledge of the law and legal system is astounding. He is the first person I turn for legal advice and I highly recommend his firm.

Saved my Job
Attorney Ed Passman was very proactive and thorough. He contacted me personally when I completed the online assessment of my case with a Federal Government Agency. He is very well known by Federal Officials in Washington D.C., and he is very persuasive and influential. I had a very good experience with him both in a civil rights and an adverse action procedure. I recommend Ed Passman to all for human resources issues.
