Daniel Clark is a rising star!

I am pleased to extend my highest recommendation, and commendation, to the law firm of Kator, Parks, Weiser and Harris. I actually experienced several law firms (all unpleasant encounters) before I dug deeper and came up with the jewel that is Kator, Parks, Weiser and Harris. Trust me, if there is... one thing that I learned from my various experiences, it is that not all law firms are created equally. Don't be fooled by the fanciest websites or the loftiest claims of being "champions for your cause." Often these are just marketing tools. Kator, Parks, Weiser and Harris is a topnotch law firm! They do not take junk cases. They meticulously examine each claim to make sure they are not wasting anyone's time, or wasting the potential client's money. They are very thoughtful, organized, detailed-oriented professionals. And should they decide to take your case, they will fight for you and stand by you! They are most knowledgeable of the law (unlike some of my initial encounters with other firms). As an attorney myself and a subject matter expert in whistleblower law, I had very high expectations of my attorneys. They always met my expectations superbly. I must commend in particular attorneys Daniel Clark and Cathy Harris, both of whom worked my case and helped me achieve a most satisfactory settlement. They are super! I initially interacted with Attorney Cathy Harris, the senior lead on my case. Cathy gained my confidence right away. She also gave me a sense of hope. As I say in my book, hope is the most powerful asset in a "David vs. Goliath" fight - and the very thing that your adversary will try to rob you of. Cathy was exceptionally masterful of the law, and she worked tirelessly from the beginning (even before I retained her and started paying) to make sure I had a case worthy of pursuing. Attorney Cathy Harris represents the most noble traits of our legal profession. She is simply the best! Attorney Daniel Clark subsequently joined my case and became my principal point of contact. Daniel brought heart to the fight, keen intellect, and superior organizational skills which I wanted to emulate in my own work. Daniel is a tremendously thoughtful attorney who feels what the client is going through, but maintains enough professional distance to enable him to catch any blind spots that one's opponent will seek to exploit. Moreover, the client never has to search for Daniel. He always makes himself accessible to the client during business hours and is most responsive in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I would opine that Kator, Parks, Weiser and Harris is the very best law firm in Washington, DC, and possibly the best in the country. Attorneys Daniel Clark and Cathy Harris did a splendid job representing me. If you are blessed to have either or both of them as your counsel, although victory can never be assured, I am confident that they represent your best prospects of achieving a satisfactory conclusion. Daniel and Cathy "did me proud! Sincerely, Shenandoah Titus - Attorney, Author, Anti-Bullying Consultant.
