We counsel clients in all aspects of federal procurement law, including bid protests, contract disputes, cost accounting standards, and False Claims Act claims. We also can handle issues with security clearances for employees.

We provide counseling to clients considering mergers and acquisitions as well as clients defending against Federal, state, and private antitrust civil lawsuits. I have extensive experience with Pre-Merger Notification filings, as well as litigating cases brought pursuant to Section 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act as well as the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act.

For pro bono clients, we provide assistance with appeals to the circuit courts of appeals as well as interacting with USCIS and ICE.
