April Hare Deluca

April DeLuca is a divorce and family law attorney serving clients throughout Northern Virginia. With more than a decade of experience, she represents clients in matters involving divorce, child custody and support, adoption, and high-net-worth cases, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

April is committed to guiding her clients through what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives. Her practice spans negotiation, mediation and litigation, depending on each client’s unique needs. She has successfully resolved complex custody disputes, finalized interstate adoptions, and safeguarded clients’ financial interests through sophisticated settlement agreements. While she values collaborative and respectful approaches whenever possible, April is also a determined advocate who will litigate when necessary to protect her clients’ rights.

Before joining Tucker Family Law, April served as a partner at Magic City Law LLC in Birmingham, Alabama, where she spent more than a decade handling a wide range of family law matters. She later practiced at another prominent Birmingham-based firm, Dominick Feld Hyde P.C., where she expanded her work to include complex estate litigation alongside family law cases. These experiences honed her ability to handle sensitive and high-stakes matters with both precision and empathy.

April earned her law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Auburn University at Montgomery. Her combined legal and financial background allows her to provide clients with strategic guidance in protecting their assets and planning for the future.

She lives in Fairfax, Virginia, with her family and enjoys running, spending time outdoors and supporting Auburn athletics.
