I have used Mr. Guetzkow on several of my condominium projects. He has saved me literally tens of thousands of dollars by registering my projects correctly. He really knows condo law. He also coordinates all of the moving parts for me. It's like he is both my lawyer and my project manager.

Mr. Guetzkow negotiated and drafted a commercial lease agreement for my company. He went above and beyond what we asked him to do and even got rights to place solar panels on the roof if we ever wanted to include renewable energy at our site. I would recommend him to anyone.
