Neil S. Ende

Neil S. Ende is a recognized national expert in telecommunications regulatory and technology issues and transactional matters.  Mr. Ende has served as counsel to many of the nation’s largest cellular system operators, telecommunications service providers, agents and resellers, the nation’s largest telecommunications management company, multimedia companies and numerous other companies involved in leading edge technology applications. Mr. Ende also has extensive litigation experience before state and federal courts and regulatory agencies, including the FCC, and has handled many matters before the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and other arbitral authorities.

Mr. Ende received his B.A. in political science, cum laude, from the University of Rochester in 1977 and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1980.  Mr. Ende is an AV-rated attorney and has been named as one of the Top Attorneys in the Washington, DC area.

Mr. Ende is the author of an article on the telecommunications industry entitled, A Historical Perspective on Competition in the American Telecommunications Industry, The Law of Information Technology in Europe 1992: A comparison with the USA, Computer Law Series (1991).  Mr. Ende is also a regular contributor of feature articles to leading industry publications and a frequent speaker at major telecommunications industry conferences.
