As my Lawyer,Mr Eric Singer, advised me on the process of my immigration case, the Pros and Cons related to his advise. He channelled my case through the Immigration court to a final decision, when I gave up my permanent status. He further channelled and advised us on the process of reapplying for a...nother permanent status through my wife. He followed up the process for, three years, until it was approved and I returned as a permanent alien status. I found myself in a unique circumstance about a 15 months ago with regards to my status.
