On December 23rd, 2014 I was picked up by ICE and wrongfully detained as an aggravated felon for a crime I committed in 2012 and held at a county jail in Salisbury, Md without bond for three months. DHS appealed the judge's decision, I retained Eric for the appeal case as well. Three months later DHS dropped its appeal and I was cleared of the immigration charge.
