One of the best DC/MD lawyer for Naturalization -- Reliable and A True Expert

I definitely made the right choice in choosing the Singer Immigration Law firm for my naturalization case! I am extremely satisfied with the expertise Dr.Singer provided me during my case. I had a prior conviction which made my case potentially more complicated, but Dr.Singer was excellent in helping... us navigate through the entire process. He helped us draft a response for the criminal record part of the N-400 and carefully reviewed our documents before submitting to the USCIS. On the day of the interview, Eric defended well which allowed me to pass the interview without any problems. Dr.Singer was also very kind in helping us do a mock interview before the actual naturalization appointment to familiarize us with the type of questions the USCIS officer may ask on the day of. As a result, I was very prepared on the day of the interview. From the beginning to the end, Eric was very responsive in answering our questions and even helped us save money in getting court documents. With Eric's assistance, I was able to get naturalized within a few months after submitting the N-400. I would like to thank him immensely for helping me become a U.S. citizen. Eric Singer is likely one of the best immigration lawyers in the MD/DC area and I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a professional lawyer. With Eric, it's guaranteed a high quality representation and good result. The cost was reasonable for the professionalism he provided. Overall, my naturalization experience with Eric was very quick and pleasant. You will thank yourself for choosing him to represent you.

Transition from visa G-4 to B-2

We needed a way to extend our stay with a G4 visa about to expire with the uncertain possibility to renew it after a period of time. My wife did a research and Eric Singer has the necessary experience to ask if our case had any option. It is important to mention that this was during the holiday seaso...n on December and still under the Pandemic restrictions. We first had a phone interview with him and presented our case, we are a family of 4 and after the details of our case Eric suggested a transition from G-4 to B-2 hoping to go back to G-4 for our family, it was a complicated transition given the type of visa and short period of time because of the sensitive deadlines involved. After this we had an in person meeting with him and from that point really felt we were in good hands because of his knowledge and experience, very professional and always being straight forward in terms of what options we had. We submitted the required documentation and our petition was based in the needs of our older son who's under the Autism Spectrum. It had to be done fast, before Christmas to meet the deadlines and Eric was very precise and effective in presenting the documentation. This was just the first step in our process, it gave us some time while we tried to renew the G4 visa in communication with my employer. The months passed and after six months without any news on our petition or the G4 pursuit we had to resubmit the documentation again against the 6 month deadline. At this point our uncertainty and preoccupation kept growing because we were about to complete almost a year in this process. Finally at this point we got the news and were able to get a new G4 visa, left the country to get the visas and came back again under the desired status. Upon our arrival we contacted Eric to let him know that we finally made it after several months. He was an excellent choice given the complexity of our case but his experience, knowledge and guidance were unevaluable during the process. We definitely would recommend Eric's office without hesitation. Very reliable and experienced.

Successful Naturalization After A Prior Denial

My naturalization wouldn't have been possible without the amount of time and knowledge Mr. Eric H Singer invested in my N-400 application. After a prior naturalization denial that bothers around good moral conduct (GMC), I hired Eric H Singer, an immigration attorney, to review my case and advice on ...path-forward. He carried out an in-depth case review and advised me of the new naturalization application options. Beyond taking ownership of the case, Eric Singer knew his onions, empathized with me, and was passionate about positive outcomes. He brought his proactiveness to bearing by the verifiable burden of proof he assisted me in preparing, which became the basis for the approval at the N-400 interview. By and large, Mr. Eric Singer is knowledgeable, reliable, timely, friendly, and has a deep sense of humor. Surprisingly, his legal fee(s) is/are pretty affordable with a flexible payment plan.

Very challenging deportation case involving drug offenses.

Mr. Singer took a very challenging case involving my husband who was picked up at work by ICE, and was facing deportation regarding a drug offense case he caught in 2021. Before Mr. Singer took this case he told me that, if he didn't feel he had a good chance of winning he would not take my money or ...the case. After Mr. Singer looked into the case, he told me that he would represent us, and we have a chance of winning this. Mr. Singer was very thorough and was in contact with us in every which way. After facing a very strict Immigration Judge in Arlington, VA, he won our case and after spending almost 4 months in an immigration center, my husband came home the very next day. Mr. Singer's skills and knowledge regarding immigartion court, immigration law, etc, are top notch. My husband is now eligible to be Naturalized and is on his way to becoming an United States citizen. We owe the future of my husband staying in this great country and our famiy remaining together to Mr. Singer.

He will go to war if that's what it takes to get your status adjusted.

We struggled to find an immigration attorney to apply for a green card for my wife. We almost gave up on our search until we found Mr. Singer. In our first meeting, he listened to our story and other minor details and laid out all the possible outcomes for our case. It was not an easy case for him be...cause we have tax liens, criminal matters, and more. However, instead of turning us down or charging extra fees like other firms we contacted in the past ten years, Mr. Singer accepted our case. It was a rollercoaster ride because, for the most part, we had to wait for a document confirming the dispositions of criminal cases in another country. Then, COVID19 arrived, and most USCIS services were delayed, but Mr. Singer kept us up-to-date with all the changes and policy. He would list any potential issues that the USCIS could use to deny her status adjustment and tackle them one by one. He reassured us that even if the application is rejected, there are other ways that we can try. We submitted the application and all the documents to support our case and dispel any doubt our USCIS case officer may have in October 2020. We went to our interview in August 2021. In January, we sent the additional documents and got our approval in less than a week. Mr. Singer is very patient knows his crafts very well. Things might have gone terribly wrong if it was not for him.
