Kind, Knowledgable, Caring, Thoughtful, Informative, Best Attorney I've Ever Dealt With.

I found myself in a unique circumstance about a 15 months ago with regards to my status. I've been living in the country since I was 10 years old and had a permanent residency card that was issued and subsequently expired (never renewed) but since I came here at such a young age, I had no clue that... I needed to take action. Fast forward to last 2018 I found myself in a situation where I did not know what my true status was in the country. Luckily for me, I found Eric and had a chance to chat with him on the phone before we moved forward with partnering. At a high level, Eric knew, right away, that I would qualify to apply for naturalization given my circumstance. Form the start, Eric was kind, attentive, very knowledgeable, great listener and overall a good human. He provided guidance to me every step of the way and he seem to always be one step ahead in identifying potential challenges or questions that could come up with my case. I'm still not sure how he did this for me and my family but in less than a year, I went from uncertainty to being naturalized and it's all because of Eric. There are not enough superlatives I can come up with to tell you how amazing of an attorney he is as well as a person. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Preeminent Immigration Attorney

Attorney Eric Singer is a thorough, responsive and esteemed immigration expert. My husband and I were fortunate to have found him from online reviews because we achieved quick success with our Family Based Application and Advance Parole Travel Document despite unfavorable opinions from other attorney...s we consulted with. The excellent advice he provided made travel abroad possible on Advance Parole Document, and return safe without any problems, in spite of being in the country for over 18 years. The superb legal services we received were consistent from the beginning to the end of the process and communicating with Mr. Singer was very comfortable. He is a good listener, extremely personable and possesses an impressive memory. At the time we reached out to him we were going through the most difficult period of our lives and shortly afterwards we were faced with the death of a love one. We had numerous questions that were unrelated to his work and Mr. Singer answered every question expeditiously and also provided guidance to facilitate communication with USCIS through our Senator. Mr. Singer fees are very reasonable; we were offered a flat fee package and there were no additional fees although he had provided services over and beyond the contractual agreement. Mr. Singer handling of our case was sensitive and kind. We are appreciative of his knowledge, thoughtfulness, and the time he has given. Contacting him was one of the best decisions we made. We highly recommend his services. Immigration Attorney Eric Singer is a beacon of hope.

My experience with Eric Singer

Eric Singer helped me with a rather complicated immigration case, and represented me on matters in front of both the District Court and local field office. The results were extremely satisfactory and I wanted to share my experience with this review. Immigration cases are often very personal. They ...could have profound impact on families and lives. My case was no exception. What I was most impressed with Eric’s handling of my case, was his willingness to empathize my problems and his ability to attune to my anxieties throughout the process. He understood the gravity of the immigration case, and it was not just another client and another case. This was above and beyond the intellectually mastering my case and eventually achieving the best outcome. Before I decided to hire Eric, I reached out to and received assessment from multiple law firms, including a premier boutique firm in Washington DC. Eric provided the most logical and reasonable assessment, which was proved accurate through every step that followed. He had a canny sense of being right about what would be next in the process of my case. That was both reassuring and comforting. It was one of my best decisions to work with Eric. He is a great lawyer!

Highly recommended

I was applying for naturalization and had some concerns about how to navigate the process with an arrest in my past. I spoke with Eric on the phone about it, and while his opinion was that I should have no problem with that particular issue, he offered to check over my N-400 and "hold my hand" durin...g the interview. I accepted, and Eric was very thorough and professional. His support gave me peace of mind, and I made it through the naturalization process without a hitch. Despite being what I assume must be a very busy man, Eric is amazingly fast to respond to phone calls and emails. I would heartily recommend him to anyone in need of immigration help.
