Questionable Ethics / Lack of Moral Compass
Interacted with Katrina on a handful of occasions. Her lack of empathy made me very uncomfortable and I question her ability to operate lawfully in her capacity as an attorney as well as personally.

Ms. Sutphin responded to my call within 30 minutes and set me a same week appointment. She completed my paperwork in 34 hours and made sure that I understand everything about bankruptcy. I would definitely recommend her to my co-workers! Already gave them her card!

Unfortunately performance was very poor and concern for dishonest conduct
I consulted with this attorney and was ready to enter into a contractual engagement; however, partway through the process Ms. Sutphin became very inconsistent with communication.
