Aris X. Hart

Mr. Aris X. Hart is the founder of Safeguard Law, PLLC. Mr. Hart’s professional career has spanned a variety of fields including education lobbying, healthcare, opioid litigation, and tax policy. He started Safeguard Law because he feels that tax law is some of the most gratifying work because it involves helping real people from all walks of life. He helped hundreds of people harmed by the pandemic, including issues with unemployment, retirement withdrawals, IRS payment arrangements, and other problems that can affect anyone. 

Mr. Hart went to George Mason University School of Law, where he earned a J.D. with a Tax Law concentration. He took every tax class offered at law school, and worked at a variety of tax firms through school. He also worked as the tax team lead for the George Mason Innovation Law Clinic, which helped budding entrepreneurs start their businesses or preempt their tax issues. After passing the bar, Mr. Hart helped people during the height of the pandemic--people who lost their jobs, lost money with cryptocurrency, had businesses flourish or fail, and normal everyday families trying to navigate their finances. He hopes to help the community flourish with the help of Safeguard Law, PLLC.
