Adam William Sikich

I am senior counsel at Raphael Bellum PLLC, and I focus on trademark and copyright law with an emphasis on adoption, use and maintenance of worldwide intellectual property portfolios. I regularly counsel on the selection, clearance, protection, and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights throughout the world.

I have more than 19 years of experience in prosecuting and managing clients’ portfolios, representing clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, conducting intellectual property audits, and preparing intellectual property protection protocols for clients.

Specific areas of expertise include enforcement of IP rights on the Internet, domain name dispute resolution, combatting IP infringement in social media and in App Stores, drafting web site legal policies, ensuring compliance with DMCA provisions, and drafting domain name policies.

On the transactional side, I draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, such as service agreements, joint development agreements, partnership agreements, hosting and website development agreements, publishing agreements, copyright permissions forms, trademark and copyright settlement agreements, licenses, assignments and non-disclosure agreements.

Previously I was senior counsel for Dunner Law PLLC before the firm merged with Raphael Bellum PLLC in 2023.
