Steven J Kramer

Steven J. Kramer is Of Counsel to the firm. His practiceencompasses a number of areas including business law, general litigation,family & matrimonial law, music law, copyrights, and trademarks.

Steven is an active member of the legal community with more than20 years of experience. He is admitted to practice in New York State as well asthe District of Columbia,working in both areas since 1985. In 1989 he was granted the ability topractice in the US District Court of Maryland. Later, in 1996 he was admittedto practice throughout that state.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey Steven formed his own firm,which operates out of Washington, DC and provides legal services to clientssuch as AES Tutoring, Blue Gin, the National Puerto Rican Coalition and theWorld Bank Staff Association.

Personal

Steven earned his Juris Doctor from the Washington Collegeof Law of American University in 1985. Thisfollowed his graduation with high honors in 1978 from New York State University at Binghamton.

Steven is multilingual and able to work with clients thatspeak Spanish, Italian or through Sign Language.

He holds membership in the District of Columbia BarAssociation, the New York State Bar Association and Washington Area Lawyers forthe Arts.
