For more than 25 years, I have focused my practice on a broad range of complex criminal, civil and administrative matters, with an emphasis on white-collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations. I have handled cases involving money laundering, health care fraud, mail and wire fraud, securities violations, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), antitrust violations, espionage and national security matters (which often involve elements of cyber-crime and computer related issues), bribery and public corruption, environmental crimes, and tax evasion. I also have handled international extraditions, administrative debarment proceedings, and other civil and administrative matters which often arise as collateral consequences of enforcement actions.   Because of my work on national security cases, I have held and maintained high level security clearances, including Top Secret SCI. I have participated in the representation of several clients in high profile cases and have litigated cases in trial and appellate courts in multiple federal and state jurisdictions.
