Doriana Vladimirova Ensley

I have a strong educational background in the areas of economics and law. I grandated suma cum laude from Wingate University with a B.S. in Economics and from Campbell Law School in North Carolina. Campbell Law is famous for producing exceptional litigators. As a proud participant in the International Moot Court Competition in Vienna, Austria, I can attest to that fact. By completing an externship at the District Attorney’s office in Harnett County, NC, as well as by working as a summer associate for Tin, Green, Fulton, and Owen, LLP in Charlotte, NC, I received hands-on litigation experience in the areas of civil, criminal, immigration, international, and commercial litigation. 
After successfully completing my legal education, I began my career at Advanced Internet Technologies as an Assistant General Counsel. I was promoted to General Counsel less than a month later. I enjoyed the legal complexity ranging from commercial real estate law, employment and business law, to estates and trusts. I worked closely with all corporate departments in assuring compliance with policies, drafted and reviewed contracts, and provided full-range legal advice directly to the CEO. My in-house responsibilities included daily work with outside counsel on various cases and the supervision of complex civil litigation. I also worked on provisional patents and other intellectual property issues. My responsibilities involved the drafting and implementation of employment contracts and policies and a direct professional relationship with all level of employees. 
Recently, I founded Ensley & Associates, LLC. I am working as an Immigration and International Attorney. I assist individuals and businesses with their immigration questions and needs. I practice both, employment-based immigration and family-based immigraiton law. I also work in the areas of international commercial arbitration, international franchise law, and internatinoal adoption law.
