Donald Temple, A Masterful Litigator

I had the privilege of being represented by Donald Temple in a complex real estate case. His focus, strategic thinking, and deep legal expertise were instrumental in securing a successful outcome. His courtroom presentation was a master class in litigation — he skillfully dissected complex issues, he...ld the court accountable, and delivered arguments that were both compelling and precise. He exposed critical mistakes by the opposing party that turned the case in our favor, culminating in a directed verdict granted in our favor. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney who combines sharp intellect, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to justice.

I have recommended Attorney Temple to many of my business peers

Attorney Temple took on a very tough case for me involving shipping discrimination under section 1981 involving Guinea and bauxite. He developed a strong theory of discrimination that the federal court judge first rejected. But he didn’t stop there and appealed the case to the federal court appea...ls which reversed the Trial Court. He then succeeded on motion for some judgment on the case. Based on his work, the case was moved the parties decided to arbitrate the case in an international arbitration, but attorney Temple fought diligently for my company in the DC courts.
