Very good guy, gets you where you want to be in your acquisitions. Makes things look easy, no sweat. I have hired him first time 20 years ago when he was at Hogan in Washington DC. I still work with him today, and my prior company where I introduced him also still works with him. Note that he lef...t Hogan at least 15 years or so and has his own M&A firm (avvo profile indicates that he still works for Hogan which is incorrect).

William was the lawyer representing the aerospace company that we bought in 2022 ($50-100M range). We had a complex transaction due to regulatory issues and it took a full year to close. William navigated the most difficult issues with calm and confidence. He was extremely respectful of my lawyers... and our team entirely. I also noted that he is very at ease with financials, and very often led the discussions with our investment bankers for the seller. A disagreement with the earn-out came up 6 months ago and he single handedly saved us litigation by keeping the focus of both parties actually on the facts. We just closed the earn-out this week and I wanted to leave a review for him in appreciation. A great guy who fights for his clients with great class and calm.
