William P Kahn

William was the lawyer representing the aerospace company that we bought in 2022 ($50-100M range). We had a complex transaction due to regulatory issues and it took a full year to close. William navigated the most difficult issues with calm and confidence. He was extremely respectful of my lawyers... and our team entirely. I also noted that he is very at ease with financials, and very often led the discussions with our investment bankers for the seller. A disagreement with the earn-out came up 6 months ago and he single handedly saved us litigation by keeping the focus of both parties actually on the facts.
