When one is in the business of providing services, it's often hard to tell if there are hidden costs to extras or if it truly comes from a good place. Being in a dangerous profession and having a bit of value to my name, I wanted to make sure those I care about are taken care of long after I'm gone. ...That being said, I had no idea how a will was written nor executed and when I contact Sat Nam I basically said "I want a will.". Realizing that Sat Nam was working with someone who had no knowledge of the topic whatsoever, he went out of his way to provide me with as much legal information and assistance as possible. Now, I may not know much about the legal field but even I could tell when he was taking the time to inform me about legal topics that aren't necessarily covered with the type of service that I was paying for. That being said, I braced myself for any extra cost, a cost which never came. Here is someone that genuinely cares about his clients and wants not only to provide the best service during his time working with them but also wants to see them happy well into the future. For that I will always recommend Sat Nam to anyone looking for a similar service knowing that they will be as happy and grateful to have crossed paths with Sat Nam as I have.

A few months ago, I had a rather large tax issue with the state of Virginia. Upon a lawyer friend's recommendation, I contacted Mr. Khalsa and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. He is empathetic, knowledgeable, and hardworking. And, most important, he's effective. VA was asking for ba...ck taxes (a large sum) from a period in which I lived and worked overseas. Mr. Khalsa explained the law and the process in ways I could easily understand and resolved the issue. VA dropped the issue completely. We paid Mr. Khalsa a standard fee up front and he promptly returned the remaining balance. I can't recommend him highly enough if you have a tax issue. He's really a nice person and a terrific attorney.

I would strongly recommend Sat Nam (10 stars if possible). I had an atypical audit for which I had consulted with multiple tax attorneys, including former IRS agents who had experience with field audits. However, none could provide a clear answer/solution. I had hired one of the so called "top" firms... in DC to handle my audit, however, they mishandled my case. I took a huge risk and fired that firm in the middle of the audit.... and requested Sat Nam to help me. He patiently listened to the complexity of the case. He suggested an approach which worked and the case was closed within couple months.

Sat is extremely helpful, thoughtful, and thorough. He helped our family create a will that ensured our daughter is cared for should anything happen to us. We weren’t sure what to expect and extremely anxious about making the right decisions. Sat took the time to answer our questions and lay out o...ur options. He also provided resources and helped keep us on track by carefully summarizing discussions and next steps. Most of the exchange was by phone or online. This was incredibly convenient for scheduling, however, we were initially concerned that without face-to-face meetings this arrangement would compromise communication. This wasn’t an issue at all! Sat is an amazing listener and communicator. We are grateful to Sat for supporting us through this process.
