Nicholas James Stamatis

I am an Associate Attorney with Price Benowitz LLP where I focus on personal injury law. I received my Juris Doctorate degree from American University Washington School of Law where I graduated cum laude. While there, I held an executive board position on the College’s Administrative Law Review, and my article, “Patenting Artificial Intelligence: An Administrative Look into the Future of Patent Law” was published in the Journal of High Technology Law at Suffolk Law School.

My legal career began when I worked as a criminal defense clerk for the Public Defenders Service for the District of Columbia which was followed by clerking for various criminal defense and personal injury firms in the Washington Metropolitan Area. I joined Price Benowitz’s personal injury department as a clerk in 2018 and was hired as an associate after being admitted to the Maryland Bar. Now also barred in Virginia, I bring my passion for law and his analytical mindset to each case. I always fight for the best results possible for my clients.
