Mary C Vargas

Contacted Ms. Vargas who agreed to review our case. We emailed records and sent by mail additional records at her request. Ms. Vargas said she would review and then we would discuss by phone. We didn't hear back from her and I contacted her by email one week later. She responded that she hadn't h...ad time to look at the records and stated, "I won't ghost you". Two and a half months later, we hadn't heard from her again and recontacted her. This time she didn't remember getting any records and had to check with the office staff. Pressed her for an answer and all we got was she wasn't going to pursue the case "at this time". It would have been very helpful at least to know the reason why and we still don't know why. It would have been nice if she had done what she said she was going to do and 1.) Looked at the case and gotten back to us with an answer and 2.) not ghosted us. Very disappointed in this attorney.
