Agree with the above. You should get an attorney to handle this for you, many of which will do so on a contingency basis.

Not necessarily. They will issue their decision, but you have to keep filing weekly to preserve your claims and show you still need it.

According to Westlaw, there does not appear to be any cases that counter, oppose, or negatively argue against Kelly v. Drexel.
