Mr. Blitzer was appointed to represent me in a Domestic Violence case, where I was originally being accused of parental kidnapping and simple assault. I will be honest to say Mr. Blitzer Failed me as an attorney tremendously. In my experience Mr. Blitzer maliciously pretended to be on my side and legally prepared to give a full blown fight on my behalf, while in all actuality he deliberately failed to adhere to the rules of professional conduct.
He intentionally mis-lead me regarding my legal rights and wrongs and just the overall understanding of my position in the legal matter. he also maliciously with held valuable evidence from my case and some how manage to coerce me into believing that this decision and behavior was appropriate. Mr. Blitzer pretty much blow my entire case, Mr. Blitzer became very well aware of my background including family history etc. Mr. Blitzer was aware of the fact that I did not have true support within my family, and was pretty much dependent upon him solo to help me in this matter. Mr. Blitzer failed to properly represent me which resulted in me losing case.

Many moons ago, while still in the throes of a virulent addiction to cocaine, and on parole, I was charged
with possession of the same. Even though I had volunteered the illicit substance to the policeman,
Abraham Blitzer urged and counselled me to take it to trial. After prosecutorial continuances, on the day of trial I noticed that my name appeared twice on the court docket. When the Judge called my case,
the prosecutor pulled the other Stephen Palmer's file out of the basket. She requested yet another continuance. My lawyer, Abraham Blitzer, jumped from his seat and objected with: "Your Honor,
move to dismiss for lack of prosecution!" The Judge said: "Case dismissed", and pounded his gavel.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Blitzer has the knowledge and experience to effectively represent his clients. When I worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney prosecuting criminal cases in D.C. (2006-2013), Mr. Blitzer was opposing counsel on several of my cases. He is a skilled and well-prepared advocate.
