I needed to use a different lawyer on the resubmission, and my new lawyer was stunned at the errors and oversight on the part of Mr. Alfaro. If you found this site, search for a lawyer with good reviews. It is better to be smart about these things upfront. I wish I knew about AVVO before I made the mistake of using Mr Alfaro.
