Do not hire
Lisa Fishelman told me what you wanted to hear during the consultation. However, upon learning that other jurisdictions were investigating similar issues, Fishelman bailed and started to change the story. Fishelman has caused more harm than any other lawyer I have previously dealt with.

Intelligent, enthusiastic, but be careful
Consulted counsel Fishelman in April 2024. First time I spoke with her I could tell she truly enjoys her job, and is highly knowledgeable on legal ethics. Unfortunately, truth-telling, and respect for handicapped individuals are absent. Be careful.
