Outstanding Professional Services

It is with great pleasure that I share my professional experience with Mr. Jamison Taylor, Real Estate Attorney. In January 2020, two weeks before the nation shut down due to COVID-19, through no fault of my own, without warning, I found myself in the middle of a serious and complicated real estat...e matter involving my deceased father’s estate. This was brought to my attention by the city government. Up to now, I had no experience with such matters so I called the city government’s contact number on the notice and quickly determined that I was in over my head, and that I needed an experienced real estate attorney to, hopefully, lead me down this road within the short time period established by the government. Unfortunately, I did not know a real estate attorney. After prayer, I went to the Internet and God led me to Mr. Taylor. I immediately called Mr. Taylor and, to my surprise, he personally answered the phone. One of the first things I noticed was the calmness in his voice. Additionally, he listened patiently as I attempted to explain my problem. Afterwards, he explained to me, in baby talk, what was required, on my part, to effectively deal with the matter. He never once offered his services. A sense of peace came over my Spirit by talking to Mr. Taylor so I immediately made the decision to contract with him for legal services. In two days, I was sitting in his office and he had developed a game plan to resolve the matter. Additionally, in my opinion, the fee was explained clearly and was very reasonable. After I was named Personal Representative for my father’s estate, over the next few months, in the middle of COVID-19, Mr. Taylor guided me through the challenging, administrative, and legal matters pertaining to the estate. Handling such matters was new to me but nothing was new to Mr. Taylor. His professional experience gave me a sense of calmness. At the end of the day, all matters, pertaining to my father’s estate, were resolved to the satisfaction of the Court, city government, and all other concerned parties. And remember, this was all accomplished while the nation was, for the most part, shut down. Plain and simple, I could not have done it without Mr. Taylor. If I ever need the services of a real estate attorney, I will turn to Mr. Taylor without hesitation. I strongly suggest that you do the same. You won’t regret it.

Masterful Wisdom and Experience

We engaged Mr. Taylor at first on a flat fee for what we thought would be a Probate case. It became a very complex case that involved going into a hearing. He was thorough, engaged, knowledgeable and available to my family at every stage. What made this most meaningful for us was that it was all whi...le we were still in a very emotional state, which he expressed empathy for, while still being very proactive in his understanding of the law and what the potential outcomes of our very unique case entailed. During the hearing, while there were two surprises, Mr. Taylor never lost composure. In fact, he rose above it. This was never a case for us. It was family business and he treated it as such, but never forgot his job at hand and he used wisdom and experience to guide him at every turn. We prevailed.

Expansive Skill Set

Mr. Taylor was able to assist my family with complex legal and real estate matters in a timely and courteous fashion. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Washington Metro area housing market and the facility with which he coordinated our real estate transactions.
