Gary S Marx

Mr. Marx has practiced law in Washington DC for over three decades. Many of his clients are high profile organizations and individuals. He has extensive experience in a wide range of compliance issues. He is a national lecturer on legal topics. He appeared regularly on WUSA and his views have been quoted in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, and ABC’s Nightly News. He is the author of the Disability Law Compliance Manual and the Disability Law Compliance Report, both published by Thomson Reuters. He is the managing partner of Marx and Lieberman, PLLC and general counsel to the lobbying firm of Van Scoyoc Associates, Inc. Mr. Marx has an LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. from the Washington and Lee School of Law, where he was an executive editor of the Law Review. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Washington University in St. Louis.  and .
