Cassandra was incredible to work with, I can't state that enough. Being in a position where I needed to hire counsel to represent me was extremely difficult. I wasn't sure if I actually had a case, if my case would even be worth pursuing, and was honestly overwhelmed and drained. I was originally referred to Sue Huhta at Outten & Golden. I spoke with Sue, but her price was a bit high and she referred me to Cassandra. I was a little hesitant but after just one call I was already relieved. Cassandra walked me through the entire process, and explained in detail what my case would look like and continued to ask me how I wanted to proceed throughout the entire process. She negotiated and wrote on my behalf, and was always patient, fair, and objective with what she advised. During the process it's hard not to be completely overwhelmed and feel hopeless but Cassandra made the process much smoother as she took control and handled the suit on my behalf. Cassandra not only got me a much higher settlement then I had expected but she also put in the work so that I didn't have to. She made an incredibly frustrating process significantly better, and I'm grateful to have had Cassandra represent me in this process. I can't give a higher recommendation for an attorney.
