I highly reccommend Mr. Davis for many reasons as follows. First he is precise when explaining details of how the current law works as it pretains to my personal needs in dealing with my workers comp. insurance company.. Furthermore he and his staff are readily available when I call the office. He qu...ickly responds via email, most times within hours of me clicking the send button. Finally his knowledge of the human body and its complex mechanisms is only superseded by his knowledge of up to date current law including pending appeals to law that were executed in recent months. My personal opinon of Mr. Davis and how he has handled the complexity of my case from my amputations to the simple necessities such as useable power chairs has helped to better my life in a direct way to my everday living. This clearly shows of his care and concern for my personal being as well as defending me againist the very insurance company who should be meeting my needs and often must be pursued through the court system. I have found nothing short of excellence in his pursuit or setting the standard for all attorneys in the state of Delaware.
