Highly recommend

After being involved in a serious car accident and having some issues, Mr. Boswell was recommended to me by a former state trooper and my insurance agent. I was unsure about contacting a lawyer but found Mr. Boswell to be extremely helpful. He or his office staff was always available for any questio...ns or problems that arose with my care during my hospital stay and rehab afterwards. He kept us updated on all aspects of my case and continues to check with me periodically about my health. I would highly recommend Mr. Boswell. He is very concerned about his clients.

More than happy with my decision to hire David Boswell

Upon initially meeting Mr. Boswell, he took the time to slowly explain to me in laymen's terms exactly how Work Comp claims are executed from start to finish. He also made sure that I completely understood the process that would happen going forward. This alone helped me make the decision to hire h...im. He was kind and understanding of the fact that I did not know many of the terms or policies that he was explaining to me. Going forward, he always kept an open line of communication and was great about getting right back to me if I had questions. I absolutely loved working with him and would do so again if I had the chance. You can tell that he truly cares about his clients. What most impressed me I think was the fact that he took so much time with me on our initial meeting not knowing that I was going to hire him. I do not feel that people do that anymore. We are always rushed and feel like we cannot make an educated decision. In this case, I was totally prepared to hire him due to the vast knowledge he imparted to me during our appointment. Even though I live in Chicago and he is in Delaware, it never created an issue in solving my case or moving forward with getting everything done. Mr. Boswell and I discussed what would be a reasonable amount for me to expect for my injury after I was evaluated by a doctor.. But, with that said, he demanded more than what we thought was expected and backed his findings up with solid reasons that made sense to the adjuster. You quickly learn that he is incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of his expertise. Also, my case did not drag out at all. If you work with his timelines, respond to his requests, he makes things happen. I would absolutely, 110% recommend Mr. Boswell. He is incredibly understanding about the fact that the normal person walking into his office does not know the law and all of the specifications and terminology surrounding how everything will proceed. He is fantastic about walking you through the entire process. He is more than an expert in his field. You will never feel rushed or unimportant when meeting with or talking to him. Finally, I wish that if I ever needed an attorney again that I could hire him regardless of where I lived. I did not know anything about him when I walked into his office but immediately liked him due to his kind, unassuming nature and willingness to help me through the process.
