Professional and gets the job done.
I hired Mr Sweet for a case and was easily able to understand what was going on with my case. He is very courteous and explains everything so you aren’t lost in the paperwork. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Unprofessional
Mr. Sweet is guilty of illegally entering a property without giving the tenants the proper notice required by the state of Delaware. He has done this on more than one occasion. He also is entirely ignorant of the very laws he is supposed to be abiding by. His practices are questionable at best.
